Elitis House - Suite & Spa

We stayed here for our Monza F1 Weekend, from Thursday to Monday, 5 nights. Hotel seems very new, our suite was very comfortable and very clean maintained, thanks to the very nice house keeping lady. Reception staff was also very attentive and fullfilled our special requirements. We would give a 5+ for the high qualitive customer service. The -1 is due to the moderate food quality when we ordered room service. Hopefully this will be improved. Also the barking shephard (watchdog) from the neighborhood was quite annoying. We got once disturbed by 5:30 ish in the morning and the other days at 7am. Suppose there is nothing what the hotel can do about it, and we felt pitty for the dog, but if you book a suite, you expect pure relaxation...

My wife and I had a 50 minute spa session with a massage, it was an amazing morning!!! We were pampered from the first to the last minute, welcomed by a friendly and qualified staff, the structure is wonderful, brand new ... The massage is a moment of relaxation to be absolutely tried ... Finally, the lunch with a kind and fast service, the very good food ... What can I say, if you could even give ten stars ... We will be back

After having tried a business lunch with colleagues, for which they already had an excellent opinion of the quality of the Aura restaurant (inside the hotel), I wanted to treat myself and try the SPA with my wife. Convenient to arrive at the structure, with a large outdoor car park (and an internal car park, dedicated to customers). The preparation of the reception team who is able to support every guest request. We took advantage of the Spa+Wellness Lunch package. During the week you could be lucky enough to have the Spa completely dedicated to you, as happened to us. The SPA manager explains to you and suggests you choose one of the three routes created. We start from the heated hydromassage pool and... I would say not to spoil everything but I can only guarantee that every room is new and always perfectly clean. The restaurant, above all expectations: from the impeccable service to the quality of the raw materials used up to the presentation of the dishes. The whole structure is well organized and everything is well taken care of. I can't give information about the rooms, since we didn't stay overnight, but I'm sure they are well looked after in detail, as found throughout the entire structure. So good.

I purchased a SPA + massage package and was more than satisfied. The massage was the best, the masseuse had golden hands. The environment is very refined and quiet, just what you need to get away from the daily grind just a stone's throw from home. Definitely an experience worth repeating, this time perhaps also taking advantage of an aperitif. Compliments!
